All members receive the Mattapoisett Historical Society Newsletter that is published quarterly. Admission to the Museum and the various programs offered by the Society are free to members and guests of members.
Note: The membership year runs from September 1st. through August 31st.
During the summer months of July and August, when the Museum is open to the public, there are opportunities for people to serve as docents / guides. There are also opportunities to serve on Board committees and for special events. If you have an interest in serving as a volunteer, we request that you contact the Curator. The Society encourages those interested in preserving the heritage of our past to become members. We also appreciate donations, whether cash, artifacts or other contributions that will maintain the organization.
